Happy Sunday ☀️
I saw an awesome clip of @jadapinkettsmith talking about #SelfLove and it resonated heavily.
Three things that hit me about the conversation she was having:
1. We’re all babies (universally, we are young fam.)
2. It’s a process to get to self-love. It’s life work.
3. Periodically, look in the mirror (face yourself) take in all that you are, all that you have come through, your warrior marks, flaws, imperfections, scars, mettle, courage, beauty, truth and hope and congratulate yourself. You are GREAT. You are doing the best you can with what you have (unless you ain’t, then work on it). You deserve. Applaud yourself.
