And yesterday, it was special because my @mindfulnessbox 📦🎁 was waiting for me in my mailbox with exactly what I needed (as it always does).
My package contained a #California #WhiteSage #SmudgeStick, which I could smell through the packaging and immediately connected me to where I was born and raised (#SanDiego), which made me feel grounded.
I had been talking about getting some smudges recently and my homegirl #TheUniverse was like “Here you go!”
